  1. How can I participate in an Elite program?
Junior Excellence Elite and Green Ball Elite are “Invitation Only” programs. To register you will need a coach’s recommendation or the student can sign up for an evaluation. 2. Are there any special requirements?
Top Flight, Green Ball Elite and Jr. Excellence Elite all have competition requirements. All players are required to have a verified UTR rating. Players can achieve a verified rating in the following ways
    1. Participate in our weekly Top Flight UTR Match Play  – Each match play event guarantees two matches, so if you participate in three match play events, you will have completed six matches, and you will achieve a verified rating. Elite Program students enjoy a discounted fee of $44 for match play events. Refer to the UTR registration page for details.
    2. Participate in UTR Team Tennis – If you sign up for and participate in UTR Team Tennis, you will have qualified for the rating requirement.
    3. Play in a local tournament
  3. I have a recommendation to join an Elite program, but I don’t have a UTR rating. What now?
If you are admitted to one of the above programs but do not have a UTR rating, you will be required to compete in match play or a tournament withing the first month of admittance. You can also sign up for Junior Team Tennis, which is an easy and fun way to fulfill your UTR requirement. Our staff will help you get started. After your first match play event you will have a projected rating. It takes five matches (or three match play events) to have a verified rating. The student will be required to have a verified rating within 6 weeks of admittance.
  4. I no longer have a UTR rating. What happened?
This means you need to compete in a UTR event to get back to being verified. Only matches played withing the last 12 months count toward a player’s rating. Our Elite programs students are expected to participate in tennis competition on a regular basis.
  5. I have more questions. Who do I talk to?
