NO REFUNDS ON CLASS REGISTRATIONS. Once registered for a class, if you are injured or have an illness that leaves you unable to attend for an extended period of time, we will be happy to give you a “club credit” to be used at a later date. This does not apply to situations where a couple of classes are missed because something else comes up*. It is not possible to withdraw and get a “club credit” once the classes have started, just because you decide you don’t want to come to class anymore. More times than not you have taken a spot that someone else could have registered for, and we have scheduled our pros for the whole session based on the enrollment numbers. Club credit can be used for club programs and/or member court time fees and can extend to anyone in the immediate family. Private lessons, pro shop items and stringing services are excluded. To use your club credit, please call (248-253-9300) or stop by the desk to register. It is not possible to apply the credit yourself with our online registration system. No cash refunds.

You may cancel your membership at any time, however we do not give partial refunds for early cancellation. Memberships are non-transferable. Memberships automatically renew on a yearly basis. If you choose not to renew your membership, please call (248-253-9300,) email (email@example.com,) or stop by the desk and will cancel your renewal.
Strings break – it is an inconvenient fact. However, if the strings break in the first few hours of play, the string may have a defect. Please contact us immediately (within the first week of restringing) and we will rectify the situation. Outside of that, we do not guarantee strings. Please be sure to leave the correct instructions for stringing. If we make an error based on the instructions given, we will correct it. If the instructions were followed as written, we have done our job correctly. NO REFUNDS.
