Joe is a former state singles champion at Brother Rice High School and played at Western Michigan University.  Joe has many years of coaching experience, including coaching boys and girls Varsity at Groves High School, and 13 years as the Head Tennis Professional at Oakland Hills Country Club.  Over the last ten years, Joe has focused most of his coaching on his son Andrew, who is a freshmen at Ferris State University and plays on their tennis team.  Joe enjoys coaching tennis with the great staff at Wessen.
