NO REFUNDS ON CLASS REGISTRATIONS. Once registered for a class, if you are injured or have an illness that leaves you unable to attend for an extended period of time, we will be happy to give you a “club credit” to be used at a later date. We require 24 hours notice for a credit to be issued. Same-day sickness/injuries do not apply. This is not meant for situations where a couple of classes are missed because something else comes up*. It is not possible to withdraw and get a “club credit” once the classes have started, just because you decide you don’t want to come to class anymore. More times than not you have taken a spot that someone else could have registered for, and we have scheduled our pros for the whole session based on the enrollment numbers. Club credit can be used for club programs and/or member court time fees and can extend to anyone in the immediate family. Private lessons, pro shop items and stringing services are excluded. To use your club credit, please call (248-253-9300) or stop by the desk to register. It is not possible to apply the credit yourself with our online registration system. No cash refunds.
